Generosity
But as you excel in everything—in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in all earnestness, and in our love for you—see that you excel in this act of grace also.

I think sometimes we're so wary of seeming to flatter that we shy away from complimenting at all. Paul had no such qualms. He was happy to acknowledge that the Corinthian church was excellent in a number of ways.
The Corinthian church was faithful. They were speaking the gospel to their community. They knew their stuff. Earnestness and love defined them.
So far so good, but Paul felt he had to remind them of another grace they needed to display more of. It's not enough to be all those things Paul mentioned if we're stingy. We need to be generous too.
Other churches were in need and as yet the Corinthian church wasn't forthcoming with aid. Paul urged them to excel in the grace of generosity. What of us? Do we excel in generosity?
'Gracious God, thank You for pouring out Your graces upon us, but please help us to be generous too. For the glory of Christ we pray, amen'
