Work
And Moses saw all the work, and behold, they had done it; as the Lord had commanded, so had they done it. Then Moses blessed them.

Why do we work? Because we're made in God's likeness, who Himself works. In His creation, He saw all that He had done, and behold, it was very good.
How should we work? According to the Lord's command. He doesn't tell us all to give up our day jobs and to become travelling preachers of His good news of salvation in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Yet whatever we're called to, we're to do wholeheartedly. When we work well, however laborious we may find it, we're blessed. May God help us to do our best.
In the context, the people of Israel were making a portable temple, basically an epic tent. Why did it matter how they did it? Because it was a symbol of the Lord Jesus Christ, who 'tabernacled/pitched up tent' among us 2,000 years ago, to reconcile us to God.
'Lord our God, please help us to diligently work for You in everything, as we anticipate Your return to call Your people home. For Your glory we pray, amen'
