Salvation
My mouth will tell of your righteous acts, of your deeds of salvation all the day, for their number is past my knowledge.
Psalm 71:15 ESV

Our raison d'etre is to make Christ known. The Psalmist's declaration ought to be our own. God is righteous and good, we should declare that to the world.
The most wonderfully righteous act of God is, amazingly, the crucifixion of Christ. How could God turn the worst miscarriage of justice ever into a righteous act? Because Christ died for sinners, to reconcile us to God. Unrighteous people can now be made righteous through Christ's righteous act of dying in our place.
Salvation isn't just some one off thing when we pray a 'sinner's prayer'. God saves us from danger all the time. We don't know all the goings on in the spiritual realms, but satan hates our guts and wants to destroy us. God saves us time and again.
Salvation isn't just pie in the sky when we die. It's steak on the plate while we wait. Even though we continue to sin having been saved, God continues to save us until we'll ultimately be safe in glory.
'Dear Father God, we praise You for our salvation, and for all Your righteous acts on our behalf. Please save us to the uttermost, in Christ's name we pray, amen'
