Bread
But now our strength is dried up, and there is nothing at all but this manna to look at."
Numbers 11:6 ESV

The children of Israel were revolting. They angered God who had delivered them from Egypt. Moses their leader was worn out by their moaning.
Yes, they might have been slaves in Egypt, but apparently their had a varied diet of meat and veg. Now they were sick of their manna bread. God might have provided all they needed but they still weren't happy.
Jesus describes Himself as the bread of life. God might have provided His old testament people with bread for their physical needs. Jesus though provides His new testament people with all the spiritual sustenance we need.
Are we guilty of getting bored with Jesus? Do we want more than His all sufficiency to tickle our fancies? We need to search our hearts, and find our all in all in the One who was broken for us.
'Father in heaven, we're thankful for Christ's broken body on our behalf, and the spiritual satisfaction He supplies, in His name we pray, amen'
