Sweetness
And he said to them, "Out of the eater came something to eat. Out of the strong came something sweet." And in three days they could not solve the riddle.

On the face of it, Samson was referring to an incident he'd been part of. He'd killed a lion and bees had made a hive in its carcass. I think he was unwittingly prophesying about Christ as well though.
Jesus is the Lion of the tribe of Judah, who was killed as a result of our sins. That wasn't the end of the story though. Out of Christ has come sweet salvation for all who trust in Him.
The Philistines worked out Samson's riddle by interrogating his Philistine wife. They then incurred his wrath, and he helped to strike a blow for Israel against the Philistines. The spiritual meaning will have been lost on them however.
Isn't that often the case? People could intellectually understand the gospel, but it has no sweetness to them. They fail to 'taste and see that the Lord is good, and to realise that the one who takes refuge in Him is blessed.
'Lord, may we taste and see that You are good, and so be blessed by You. Thank You for the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Lamb who was slain for us, in His name, amen'
